Optimized by Best Access Doors, offers BA-BFDF-T1-C1 convenient access to spaces below ground, with enhanced safety features, such as a 2-hour fire-rating, tested to NFPA 288 standards.
This architectural floor door provides aesthetic integration with minimal visual impact for a barely noticeable finish. BA-BFDF-T1-CI provides an extended range of applications, as it is suitable for installations in wood or concrete, with a 1/8” pan to receive a range of flooring materials.

Harmonious Blend within Surroundings: BA-BFDF-T1-C1 seamlessly blends in within its surroundings with a 1/8” pan that readily accepts a variety of flooring materials. Once installed, it will take an expert eye to identify it!
Secure Latching: BA-BFDF-T1-C1 comes with a standard zinc-plated steel slam latch with an inside lever handle for secure closing and assured two-way access.

Durable Construction: BA-BFDF-T1-C1 is made entirely of aluminum making it the ideal solution for frequent use with minimal maintenance requirements.

Load-Bearing Cover: BA-BFDF-T1-CI's cover bears a load of up to 250psf, allowing more accessibility, allowing a consistent workflow.
Note: Models greater than 48” x 60” have a load-bearing cover of up to 150psf
Cast-In Instillation: BA-BFDF-T1-CI suits a variety of applications with a straightforward, concrete-cast installation process. Just set it and forget it!
This cast-in pan floor provides easy access at all times with a zinc-plated slam latch. However, a handle outfitting option is available upon request.
