This access door is both practical and aesthetically pleasing thanks to it’s continuous piano hinge, steel frame, and self-closing and self-locking mechanism for easy access on either side. Our recessed access door with drywall is designed to be covered by drywall compound which can then have it customized to blend in with its surrounding wall and ceiling space.
The RAD-DF offers a 16-gauge cold rolled steel frame and 20-gauge galvanized steel door, with 5/8” recession. Looking to add more color to your access doors? Contractors really enjoy the DuPont high quality white powder coat finish, which is ready to be painted once installation is complete!

Rough opening: Door sizes + ¼ " or + 6mm
