Easier Installations: With a 5-½" mounting flange and 7/8" predrilled holes, BA-NB-50TB easily and securely fastens to roof decks with a straightforward, streamlined process.
Weatherproofed Construction: BA-NB-50TB has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-NB-50TB's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.
Structural Reinforcement: BA-NB-50TB provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.

- Material: 11-gauge aluminum cover and frame
- Cover: Brake-formed hollow-metal design with 3" concealed PIR insulation, 5" beaded, overlapping flange, fully welded at the corners, internally reinforced for 40 psf live load
- Curb: 12" in height with integral cap-flashing, 3" PIR insulation, fully welded at corners, 5-½" mounting flange with 7/16" holes
- Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket permanently adhered to cover
- Hinges: Heavy-duty pintle hinges with 3/8" Type 316 hinge pins
- Latch: Slam latch with exterior and interior turn handles and padlock hasps
- Lift-Assistance: Compression spring operators enclosed in telescopic tubes. Automatic hold-open arm with grip handle release
- Finish: Mill finish
- Hardware: Aluminum – Engineered composite compression spring tubes with steel compression springs packed in grease; Type 316 Stainless steel hinges; all other hardware zinc-plated
