Weatherproofed Construction: BA-F-50TB has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-F-50TB's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.     

Structural Reinforcement: BA-F-50TB provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.

• Cover: Brake-formed hollow-metal design with 1" concealed fiberglass insulation, 3" beaded, overlapping flange, fully welded at the corners, internally reinforced for 40 psf live load    
• Curb: 12" in height with integral cap-flashing, 1" fiberboard insulation, fully welded at corners, 5-½" mounting flange with 7/16" holes   
• Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket permanently adhered to cover    
• Hinges: Heavy-duty pintle hinges with 3/8" Type 316 hinge pins    
• Latch: Slam latch with exterior and interior turn handles and padlock hasps    
• Latch: Enclosed two-point spring latch or interior and exterior turn handle with padlock hasps
