- Frame: Made from 16-gauge (1.61 mm) galvanized steel up to and including 30" x 48"- or 14-gauge (1.99 mm) steel for larger sizes, with a depth of 2-1/4" (57 mm).
- Flange Width: 7/8" (22 mm) for sizes up to 36" x 36", 1-1/4" (32 mm) for larger sizes.
- Door Panel: 18-gauge (1.31 mm) galvanized steel with 22-gauge (0.85 mm) steel liner filled with 1-1/2" (38 mm) thick high-temperature insulation for durability and fire resistance.
- Finish: Standard - Rust-inhibitive off-white prime coat; Optional - #4 stainless steel finish on exterior surface.
- Hinge: Concealed continuous rod hinge (standard for walls < 48") or continuous piano hinge (standard for walls > 48" and all ceilings).
- Door Closer: Automatic closer includes self-closes and latches from a 90-degree opening (NFPA 80 compliant).
- Latch: Standard flush mount 1/4" Allen key (self-latching), with interior release mechanism on models over 16" x 16" for access from inside.
