If you require secure access to low-pitch rooftops, add BA-DRL 30" x 30" Insulated Flat Roof Metal Hatch by Best Access Doors! Intended for flat-pitched roofs ranging from 0 to 5 degrees, BA-DRL provides enhanced features to ensure safe passage and egress.
With anti-slip tape at its base, insulated multi-chamber PVC curb and gas springs for one-handed operation, and an 80-degree opening, BA-DRL is the perfect solution for ladder access to roofs. This user-friendly flat roof hatch is also adaptable to green roofs with the addition of a 6" mount, available as an upgrade!
