BA-PCM 36" x 72" Precast Vault Floor Access Doors – Single Leaf by Best Access Doors provides a reliable, labor-saving solution for safe access in concrete vaults. With a 6" high frame, free from vertical projections below, BA-PCM provides a streamlined, less labor-intensive installation procedure in precast concrete vaults forms. Peel-off protection ensures that BA-PCM's aluminum cover remains in pristine condition during the pouring phase of the installation.
BA-PCM offers worry-free access to controlled protection and storage points with a flush spring-loaded snap lock operated by an exterior removable turn handle. This model provides hassle-free access with lift-assisted openings with hold-open arms for one-handed operation.

Two-Way Access: BA-PCM grants worry-free two-way access with a removable exterior turn handle to maintain a flush fit, reducing the risks of trips or snags. Internally, a fixed turn handle provides easy egress.
Standard models come outfitted with a flush spring-loaded snap lock with a removable external handle, however alternative options include;
- A recessed padlock hasp covered by a hinge lid flush with surface
- A cylinder lock with keyway protected by a threaded cover plug
- Lugs welded to the exterior door surface to receive padlock
- A hinged padlock hasp on the exterior door surface

Specifications:
- Dimensions: 36" x 72"
- Material: ¼" mill-finished aluminum with a bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame
- Cover: Diamond-patterned tread plate reinforced for 300psf live load with peel-off protective covering
- Frame: ¼" aluminum channel frame for 6" slab thickness; bituminous coating on the exterior of frame; 1-½" pipe coupling provided on the exterior vertical leg of the frame at the front right corner
- Latch: Type 316 stainless steel with fixed interior handle; removable exterior turn/lift handle; latch release provided by flush gasketed removable screw plug
- Hinges: Heavy forged brass hinges with 3/8" Type 316 stainless steel hinge pins
- Lift-Assistance: Stainless steel torsion bars, acting through cams with heavy steel automatic hold open arms; red vinyl grip for handy release
- Hardware: All hardware is Type 316 stainless steel
