RAD quickly became popular among construction professionals as it is manufactured from 16 gauge cold rolled steel and equipped with a continuous piano hinge and Allen hex cam latch with a depth of 1 5/8" for material installation.

Easy Installation: This general-purpose access door is ideal for installation on non-rated vertical and horizontal surfaces made of drywall or other material. 

Security: This all-around door also comes with a screwdriver-operated cam latch for protection against unauthorized access or entry to the space behind it.

From key-operated cam latch to mortise deadbolt lock (with or without cylinder – your preference!), the 8” x 8” RAD locking/latching mechanism is comparable to none other. We also offer ring/tool key-operated slam latches and slide latches for a more accessible opening mechanism.
