With a higher resistance rating than average, BA-XTS promotes greater efficiency by minimizing heat loss within your applications. BA-XTS is ideally suited for mild and moderate heating and cooling requirements, with an R-value of 13.0.

Weather and Element Proof: BA-XTS features EPDM foam with silicone rubber seals embedded in the door's frame.
Ultra-Durable: Our BA-XTS comprises thicker 16-gauge galvanized steel.
Easy Access: Standard models come with a lockable compression paddle latch for a better grip and simple access.
Exterior Access Door: BA-XTS is ideally suited for a range of exterior applications, with a range of sizes to suit your needs.
2" thick PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulation with an R-value of 13 make BA-XTS compatible with several exterior HVAC components. Additionally, its durable steel construction makes it adaptable to applications where the elements and moisture are a concern.
With greater corrosion resistance, you will enjoy easier access to electrical, plumbing, waste management, campers, outdoor pool, and hot tub systems.
Standard models are outfitted with lockable compression paddle latches, which you can replace for a:
