Note: Resettable McCabe link available - Cover: Double skin construction ("in box type design") with 1" cellulose insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket attached to the inside of the cover for flush, tight fit
-Bears a live load of up to 40 pounds per square foot - Curb: 14-gauge galvanized steel with 1" thick fibreboard roof insulation at curb exterior (curb is 12" high with 3.375" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes

- Opening: Gas spring operators allow for an easy opening cover with inside and outside release mechanisms for manual operation
- Rough Opening: Door sizes + ¼" + 6 mm
