Weatherproofed Construction: BA-NB-50TB has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-NB-50TB's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.      

Structural Reinforcement: BA-NB-50TB provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.
