This highly secure flat roof skylight by Best Access Doors boasts enhanced safety features, such as an anti-slip surface for ensured footing with triple-paned, reinforced glass for a greater load capacity.

More Glazed Surface Area: This flat roof skylight offers 16% more total glazed surface area, equating to more sunlight than standard models and enhanced well-being.
Non-Opening Structure: BA-DXW is a non-opening, meaning once installed, there is no way for patrons to remove its panel for entry or egress.
Walkable Surface: BA-DXW's triple-pane glass reinforcement features an anti-slip coating and secure embedding into its flat PVC frame for even weight distribution.
Less-Combustible Construction: As per PN-EN 13501-1 standard, BA-DXW is tested and rated as offering Class "B" or medium combustibility to help slow the spread of fires.
Impact Resistant and Anti-Burglary Glass: BA-DXW complies with EN 14351-1 manufacturing standards and is designated Class 5, offering the highest impact resistance.
Excellent Soundproofing: BA-DXW is tested for sound insulation during rainfall in accordance with ISO 10140-1/A2:2014 standards and boasts the highest resistance to sound penetration at 36 dB.
Suitable for Low Pitch and Green Roofs: BA-DXW's innovative design makes it highly suited for rooftops of pitches ranging from 2 to 15 degrees, with a 6" mount. This model also has a 6" mount for installations on green roofs.
