BA-FC-300-DL 60" x 60" - 300 lb/sq.ft Watertight Floor Door – Double Leaf by Best Access Doors maintain a secure work environment and safe passage between floors while keeping the elements out.
This aluminum floor hatch provides the highest standard of corrosion resistance, making it ideally suited for applications where vapor, moisture, and exposure to liquids are a concern. BA-FC-300-DL's channel-frame construction provides a 1-½" drainage coupling system to minimize the potential transmission of water and other materials. BA-FC-300-DL is adapted to indoor and outdoor applications, maximizing your utility and value.
We have included integral anchor flanges so you can cast BA-FC-300-DL into concrete in addition to drywall and masonry structures, making this model a necessary addition to water treatment facilities, pools and aquatic centers, and industrial facilities.

Live-Load Ready: BA-FC-300-DL boasts a live-load capacity of up to 300 pounds per square foot due to its sturdy construction and structural reinforcements.

Automatic Opening to 90 Degrees: BA-FC-300-DL's red vinyl grip hold-open arms allow a fixed opening of up to 90 degrees for hands-free access with ample space to operate within.
