What makes the BA-FRN-PL different is the inclusion of a 2-3/4" steel lath flange so you can plaster over the edges of this access door as soon as you finish installing it.
In addition, the BA-FRN-PL also has an automatic panel closer, so you can rest assured that it's ready to protect your utilities anytime. Moreover, for sizes larger than 12" x 12", we have an inside panel release mechanism, so you won't have to worry about locking yourself while you're working.

We also have a hex head slam latch if you prefer this security method.
