BA-SM 24" x 24" Surface Mount Floor Access Door – Aluminum by Best Access Doors offers cost–effective and convenient access to spaces between floors and below ground that do not require a flush finish. BA-SM offers the ultimate convenience of simple installations and the versatility of easy placement.
Comprised of lightweight and highly durable ¼" aluminum, this durable floor hatch features extruded EPDM gaskets adhered to its perimeter, making it ideal for applications where the infiltration of contaminants is a concern. With a lift-assisted cover, BA-SM grants prompt and easy access, making it a solution for quick and efficient access within factories, processing plants, warehouses, and similar buildings.

Lift-Assistance: Operators will benefit from BA-SM's lift-assisted cover, which grants hassle-free access using torsion bars that pivot on cam-action hinges. With automatic hold-open arms, this model's cover locks into place for one-handed operation.
