Product Specifications
- Dimensions: 36" x 30"
- Material: Cover and frame are 11-gauge (2.3 mm) aluminum.
- Cover: Aluminum extrusion with a built-in drainage channel for condensation, featuring a clear, UV-resistant polycarbonate dome.
- Curb: It is 12 inches (305 mm) high with cap flashing and 1 inch (25 mm) of fiberboard insulation. The corners are fully welded, and the mounting flange is 3.5 inches (89 mm) wide with 7/16-inch (11 mm) holes.
- Gasket: Permanently attached extruded EPDM rubber gasket.
- Hinges: Heavy-duty pintle hinges with 3/8-inch (9 mm) Type 316 stainless steel pins.
- Latch: Slam latch with turn handles on both sides and padlock handles.
- Lift Assistance: Compression spring operators and an automatic hold-open arm with a grip handle.
- Finish: Mill finished aluminum.
- Hardware: Hinges are Type 316 stainless steel; other hardware is zinc plated and chromate sealed.
