Continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket for a tight fit
Support a live load of 40 lbs./square feet.
14-gauge galvanized steel
22-gauge galvanized steel inside liner.
Curb:
14-gauge galvanized steel
1" thick Polyiso (R-6) insulation
Fiberglass liner at curb exterior.
The curb is 12" high, with a 3.375" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes.
Hinge:
Heavy-duty galvanized steel pintle hinges with 3/8" SS pin
Opening:
Gas spring operators allow the cover to easily open and close. The Stainless Steel Inside pull handle allows easy control when closing the lid.
Door Latch:
Self-latching, zinc plated outside T handle
Stainless steel inside lock
Inside and outside padlock provisions
Heavy duty detention lock with paracentric key.
Finish:
Material mixes with an iron phosphate wash, a rust-inhibiting primer, and a baked-on polyester enamel paint.
