Made from aluminum, it channels water away from the unit and delivers a leak-resistant fit on all types of roof coverings up to 90mm profile depth.
As a Thermo flashing, it is 22mm wider than standard and consists of four elements — top, bottom, and two side elements — each equipped with glued flexible insulating material that adheres tightly to the window frame.
This creates a thermally insulated frame above the batten level, minimizing thermal bridges and condensation while improving the window's U-value by up to 15% depending on the window type. Below the batten level, the window is further insulated by a wool insulating kit.
