Efficient Rooftop Entry: BA-F-40 grants easy access to rooftops with the use of interior and exterior turn handles and powerful compression springs with automatic locking arms, ensuring easy access.
Expanded Equipment Access: BA-F-40 provides more clearance room than the standard 30” x 36” ladder access hatch for comfortable operation.
Easier Installations: With a 3-½" mounting flange and 7/8" predrilled holes, BA-F-40 easily and securely fastens to roof decks with a streamlined process.
Weatherproofed Construction: BA-F-40 has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-F-40's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.
Structural Reinforcement: BA-F-40 provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.
Optimized Energy Efficiency: BA-F-40 has 1" thick fiberboard insulation within its curb, reinforced by 1" thick fiberglass within its cover for enhanced thermal resistance and excellent insulation.
