30" x 36" BA-ALRH-DO Domed Aluminum Roof Hatch

Curb:
- Exterior - 1" thick fiberboard roof insulation
- The curb is 12" high, with a 3.375" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes

- Heavy-duty galvanized steel pintle hinges (with 3/8" size pin)
Opening:
- It can be left open at any angle for ventilation.
- It has an inside pull handle that allows easy control when closing the cover.
Door Latch:
- Self-latching, zinc plated outside T handle
- Stainless steel inside lock
- Inside and outside padlock provisions
Finish:
- The material combines with an iron phosphate wash, a rust-inhibiting primer, and a baked-on polyester enamel grey paint.
