Weatherproofed Construction: BA-L-40 has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-L-40's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.    

Structural Reinforcement: BA-L-40 provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.     

Optimized Energy Efficiency: BA-L-40 has 1" thick fiberboard insulation within its curb, reinforced by 1" thick fiberglass within its cover for enhanced thermal resistance and excellent insulation.
